  • Yes, as long as you send an email by the 20th of the month. For example: if you sign up for December and need to cancel, you must let us know by November 20th. If you don't reach out by the 20th, you will be charged for the following month. 

  • The once a year $35 family registration fee is only for monthly sessions.

  • The once a year $35 family registration fee is per family not per child. However, the camp/clinic price is per child. 

  • The monthly tuition due on the 1st of each month covers all of your sessions for that month. If you sign up for 1x a week, you get 4 sessions for the month; 2x a week, is 8 sessions; 3x a week is 12 sessions. If a month has five weeks, the extra days are included.   • If there is room in a different session for your skill level, you will be able to do a make up session for your missed class. For example, if your child is signed up for Tuesday/Thursday, and they miss two sessions due to illness, they can come to a session on Monday (if it's the appropriate age/skill level). 

  • Tuition is due by the 1st of the month, but you have until the 5th of the month. We allow that grace period as a courtesy, however, a $30 late fee will be applied in addition to tuition, for payment coming in the 6th and/or later. 

  • Every offering at Separation Team is co-ed, unless otherwise stated (there is one all female league).
