Dear Separation Team Families and Athletes,As we prepare for an exciting Fall Youth League season, we want to share a few important updates regarding our weekly drop-in scrimmages and communication procedures. These changes are designed to help us plan more effectively, provide a better experience for our athletes, and ensure that each week of the season is organized and executed at a high level.
1. Drop-In Scrimmage Team Formation• Drop-in scrimmage teams will be finalized and put together by Thursday prior to that week's game.• There will be no additions to scrimmage teams after Thursday, including at the door on game day.• This deadline allows our staff to properly organize teams, match athletes, and prepare for each game.
2. Scrimmage Registration Fee• The drop-in scrimmage athlete fee is $20 and will be charged at the time of registration.• Athletes should complete registration in advance so that they can be included in the weekly team assignments.• Athletes can sign up for all scrimmage games in advance for $120, which would include all 6 weeks of scrimmage Sundays.
3. Weekly Communication• A weekly communication email will be sent each Monday with the important information families need for the upcoming week.• We will no longer send direct text updates. Please make sure you are checking your email each Monday for league information, schedules, and reminders.
